The Third Story...
The grey fish symbolizes VSCE's Public Relations core service and is one way in which VSCE is expanding its business. The metaphorical story is that in some business situations for VSCE, the Public Relations (Grey) fish helps VSCE enter new geographic areas because clients there may need VSCE's highly needed Public Relations service.
Once VSCE begins helping those businesses with Public Relations, often, over time, clients will have additional needs that require VSCE's Program Management and/or Construction Management services.
By employing all three fish, (Construction Management, Program Management, and Public Relations Services) VSCE creates a sustainable business practice in that location by promoting internal corporate collaboration.
Furthermore, by serving clients in all three core services, VSCE is able to provide its clients with a comprehensive solution.
