VSCE’s ongoing commitment in support of transit systems is demonstrated through the work provided for the City of Fresno’s Bus Rapid Transit program.  In addition to performing construction management, our resident engineer, and VSCE staff managed the project during the pre-construction stage, which included constructability reviews, bid procurement, and notice to proceed (NTP) issuance.
