VSCE’s Design-Build experience ranges from freeways to high-speed rail projects.  VSCE has supported the Orange County Transportation Agency’s I-405 Improvement Project, California High-Speed Rail Authority’s 100-mile extension (Madera to Bakersfield’s $2+ Billion) program, and the VTA’s BART to Silicon Valley (San Jose - Milpitas $772 million) line track and stations portion of the $2.3-billion BART Silicon Valley Berryessa Extension Project.
