VSCE’s work with the Alameda County Transportation Commission’s (ACTC) Freight Intelligent Transportation System (FITS) program includes construction management and front-end specifications support.  This project presented an opportunity for VSCE to create a draft Construction Management and Administration Guide (CMAG) for the agency.  The CMAG outlines the preparation of project documents for advertising, awarding, and administering construction contracts including contract acceptance and closeout requirements.  VSCE also brings extensive experience with the program management, construction management, and operations of new express lanes on I-580 and I-680 in Alameda County.
