VSCE’s unwavering support for the many branches of education is shown in its management of the construction of the childcare facility within the City of Oakland’s Fruitvale Transit Village.  VSCE continues to make strides through these projects to aid in the revitalization of one of the City of Oakland’s low-income communities.
